In November 2012 the IFC’s Vietnam Corporate Governance Project and the Global Corporate Governance Forum (GCGF), in partnership with the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) and the governments of Canada, Finland, Ireland, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand and Switzerland, published the third Corporate Governance Scorecard for Vietnam.
