Drivers for ESG investing in Asia include: Asian government pension funds integration of ESG into investment processes and engagement in international SRI networks, Asian stock exchange’s mandating sustainability reporting by listed companies, demand of next-gen investors for ESG strategies and the rapid growth of green investments in China.
