On January 6, 2014 Source Intelligence published an analysis paper entitled, “Conflict Minerals Compliance Implementation: An Analysis of Four Prevailing Approaches.”
According to a press release issued the same day by Source Intelligence, “On January 1, 2014, the new reporting period for compliance with the conflict minerals rule began as did the LAST year where the rule permits large companies, or issuers, to describe products containing conflict minerals as “DRC conflict undeterminable”.”
